After the vacuum packaging machine has created a low vacuum inside the packaging bag, the bag is automatically sealed. The high vacuum inside the bag and the minimal residual air inhibit the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms, preventing oxidation, mold growth, and product spoilage. At the same time, for some soft products, the fully automatic vacuum packaging machine can reduce the packaging volume after sealing, which facilitates transportation and storage. The principle of the desktop vacuum packaging machine is to use plastic composite films or plastic-aluminum composite films as packaging materials for vacuum packaging or vacuum filling of solid, liquid, powdered, and pasty foods, grains, fruits, pickled fruits, preserved fruits, chemicals, electronic components, precision instruments, rare metals, etc.

Operating Process of the Vacuum Packaging Machine

Vacuum
The vacuum chamber closes, the vacuum pump starts running, the vacuum chamber begins to be evacuated, and at the same time, the packaging bag is evacuated; the vacuum gauge needle rises, and the nominal vacuum level is reached (controlled by the ISJ time relay). The vacuum pump stops, and the vacuum process ends. While the vacuum is in operation, the IDT two-position, three-way solenoid valve operates; the heat-sealing air chamber is evacuated, and the heat-sealing frame remains in place.

Heat Sealing
The IDT is separated, and outside air enters the heat-sealing air chamber through the upper air inlet.
The pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the heat-sealing air chamber causes the heat-sealing air chamber to inflate, pushing the upper heat-sealing frame downward to press against the bag opening; at the same time, the heat-sealing transformer activates and begins the sealing process.
At the same time, the 2SJ time relay is activated; after a few seconds, it performs an action and terminates the heat sealing process.

Return air
The 2DT two-way solenoid valve, which has two positions, opens; air enters the vacuum chamber; the vacuum gauge needle returns to zero; the heat press frame is reset by the return spring; and the vacuum chamber is opened.

Cycle
Move the vacuum chamber shown above into another vacuum chamber, and then begin the next step of the process. The left and right chambers operate alternately and cyclically.

How to Improve Packaging

Install the machinee: First, set up the machine and the packaging film, attach the packaging paper to the holder, and try to align the edge of the packaging paper with the center gap of the support frame so that they are vertical and parallel.

Turn on the power: Set up the machine, place it on a level surface, plug it in, and wait until it starts working. The power cord must be connected to the outlet via a grounding wire.

Set Parameters: Set the length of the packaging bag, the temperature parameters, and the weight of the material.

Pour the material: Pour the material into the hopper and press Start.

Automatic Packaging: The machine weighs, fills, seals, cuts the bags, and forms the packaging automatically in a single pass.
